Warranty Overview

Qingdao Harborline Industrial Development Co., Limited offers a Limited Free Replacement Warranty to the original purchaser of any new radial truck tire produced by our company. This warranty assures that the tires will be free from material defects and workmanship issues for three (3) years from the date of manufacture.

In cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement will be offered at no cost if the failure occurs within the first 2/32" of the tire's original tread depth. This warranty applies only to the usable tread depth, defined as the original tread reduced by the Tread Wear Indicator (TWI).


Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

o The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the vehicle on which the tire was initially installed.

o The original receipt is required for all claims.

2. Coverage:

o Tires are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship.

o Costs for mounting, balancing, and any dealer service fees must be paid by the purchaser. Applicable taxes are also the purchaser's responsibility.

3. Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage or failures due to:

o Road hazards (e.g., punctures, cuts, or impact damage).

o Improper use, such as overloading, underinflation, or use of incorrect rims.

o Accidents, collisions, or vandalism.

o Mechanical issues such as alignment or suspension defects.

o Natural wear beyond the TWI or more than three years from manufacture.

o Tires retreaded below the TWI.

4. Warranty Voidance:

o Tires with altered or removed serial numbers.

o Complaints about ride quality after the first 2/32" of tread wear.


Purchaser Obligations

To qualify for warranty service:

1. Submit the defective tire to the dealer where the purchase was made.

2. Complete and sign the warranty claim form.

3. Provide proof of purchase, including the warranty card, dealer information, and the purchase date.

4. Ensure that the tires were properly installed, balanced, and maintained with correct air pressure.
